Kate Nash revealed details about new album

Kate Nash revealed some information about her second studio album. According to her words, upcoming record will be titled My Best Friend Is You, and its release date is set for April 19. The album is produced by ex-Suede guitarist Bernard Butler.

The first single from My Best Friend Is You, titled Doo Wah Do, will hit the stores on April 12.

According to the singer, upcoming record was influenced by punk rock and pop-bands of the 1960’s. Kate Nash also claimed that she had «grown up a lot» on this record.

«When I first got involved in music, I thought about it differently. It is so much more than one good song. Sixties groups, rock and punk influence me. So my influences have changed», claimed she.
