Kasabian do not want to work with Noel Gallagher

Kasabian's frontman Tom Meighan replayed to the recent statement by Noel Gallagher, who expressed desire to join the band. Earlier this month former Oasis guitarist claimed that he would eagerly become a part of Oasis. However, Meighan said that he do not want it to happen.

"No, he'd dictate everything too much. Seriously, he would have been brilliant, but he has his own thing going on now", said Tom Meighan.

Recently Kasabian guitarist Serge Pizzorno claimed that the band receives more attention than it deserves – especially their 2009's album West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum. "With what we're into, we shouldn't really be as big as we are. You shouldn't get big off a concept record about madness where you're dressed as a priest on the cover", claimed he.

Earlier this month Serge Pizzorno claimed that Kasabian are the best act to headline any festival. "There's a real dance side to what we do and we can create this euphoric feeling amongst lots of people because there's choruses that people can sing, but there's also this electronic swell that you only really get with people like the Chemical Brothers or The Prodigy", stated guitarist.
