Kanye West has recorded a duo with Keane
Mar 03, 2010Members of British rock band Keane revealed that they have recorded several tracks together with US rapper Kanye West. They claimed that collaboration took place back in December 2009 and praised rapper, calling him «one of the great musical pioneers of our age».
«We’ve done some things together and spent a bit of time together and he’s a very inspiring man to be around. I hope it’s something we do make use of on a record at some point», claimed Keane's singer Tim Rice-Oxley.
In December 2008 Kanye West has recorded a cover on Keane’s track Perfect Symmetry.
Keane themselves have recently revealed that their new album Night Train would appear in stores on May 10. It is set to feature collaborations with rappers K'naan and Tigarah.
Kanye West’s last album 808s & Heartbreak was released in 2008.
