Kanye West apologised to MTV

US rapper Kanye West apologised to MTV for an accident that happened backstage at 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. Kanye did not receive any honor for the second year in a row and was very angry with that. Journalists filmed him shouting threats to MTV.

West also claimed that MTV overlooked him to open the show in favour of Britney Spears only because he was black.

But today rapper claimed he was ashamed of his behavior. «I should never do anything to disrespect that... I sincerely apologise for that and I've grown from that», said he.
