Kanye West and Lady GaGa canceled collaboration tour

Live Nation promotion company announced that joint tour by US rapper Kanye West and Lady GaGa was canceled. Titled Fame Kills, it was set to begin in Phoenix on November 10 and last until the 2010. Lady GaGa earlier promised that it would be «one of the most groundbreaking moments in touring history».

The announcement came only few days after exact schedule was revealed. Live Nation gave no explanations why the tour was canceled.

Earlier Kanye West and Lady GaGa’s collaboration was slammed by some famous artists, including 50 Cent, who called it «gay tour» and claimed that Kanye West «».

The tour was set in support of Lady GaGa’s debut album The Fame, which was released in August 2008. Kanye West’s last record 808s & Heartbreak also hit the stores in 2008.
