Jimmy Page wrote a book

May 05, 2012
Former Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page will release his first ever book on September 27. It is an autobiography that documents his career right from the creation of The Yardbirds through the Led Zeppelin era and till now.

According to Jimmy Page, the book includes 500 pages and features over 650 images. It is limited to 2500 copies, and each book will be signed by legendary guitarist himself. The price is set to be about £445 ($700).

Recently The Red Hot Chili Peppers claimed that they want Led Zeppelin guitarist to join the band during their upcoming UK tour. Last year Page performed with Foo Fighters during their gig at Wembley stadium, and, according to The Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, they would be glad to perform with him too.

"Jimmy Page has come to our shows before but we haven't had a chance to play with him. That would be really cool so maybe that can happen. I saw him come on with Foo Fighters at Wembley", said Chad Smith.
