Jay-Z’s new album was recorded in collaboration with Kanye West and Alicia Keys

Jay-Z revealed some details about his upcoming album The Blueprint 3. According to rapper’s words, the record will feature collaborations with Mr Hudson, Alicia Keys, Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Empire Of The Sun's Luke Steele, Rihanna and some other artists.

Jay-Z’s new disk will hit the stores in September 2009 – right eight years after the release of the first The Blueprint album. The Blueprint 3 itself will be «the follow-up» for the rapper's 2007 soundtrack album to the film American Gangster.

Earlier Jay-Z claimed that he has decided to remove all traces of using an auto-tune from his upcoming album The Blueprint 3. According to rappers words, this producing instrument – which uses a phase vocoder to correct pitch in vocal – has become too popular.
