Jay-Z made a present for his fans

Jay-Z said that an incomplete version of his new album The Blueprint 3, which has leaked online yesterday, may be regarded as a gift for his fans. He claimed that everybody could enjoy it, adding that final version of the record would be much better.

The album was posted on different file-sharing websites yesterday, although all files were deleted later.

Jay-Z himself said: «It’s a preview. I’m excited for people to hear the album. I’m very proud of the work I’ve done, so enjoy it. My pager is actually ringing right now, so people are probably calling me and telling me they pretty much like it».

The record is set to be released later this month – right eight years after the release of the first The Blueprint album. The Blueprint 3 itself will be «the follow-up» for the rapper's 2007 soundtrack album to the film American Gangster. It will feature collaborations with Mr Hudson, Alicia Keys, Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Empire Of The Sun's Luke Steele, Rihanna and some other artists.
