Jay-Z and Kanye West may release new album on Monday

Joint album by Jay-Z and Kanye West, titled Watch The Throne, is set to come out on Monday, says MTV with the reference to several music sources. According to the repots, the record will be available only through the Web, with no physical release.

Originally set to hit the stores last year, Watch The Throne has been postponed several times. Its official release date has not been announced yet.

A source was cited as saying: "I am hearing one of the craziest rumors in a minute. Word on the block is that Jay-Z and Kanye West are going to release Watch The Throne on Monday as a digital only release. I may add Kanye and Jay have said absolutely nothing about the date of release".

Earlier this year Jay-Z and Kanye West released first single from the record, titled H.A.M.

Kanye West already promised that Watch The Throne would be "unique" album.

"It will be done no matter what it takes. I can not wait to release this record because its sound is unique. I have done a lot of recording earlier, but I have never heard anything like this", claimed Kanye West.
