Jake Shears does not like old Scissor Sisters albums
May 05, 2012Scissor Sisters singer Jake Shears claimed that he does not like previous album by his band. According to his words, all of them –2004's self-titled debut, 2006's Ta-Dah and 2010's Night Work – featured some bad songs. However, Shears is sure that Scissor Sisters new studio effort Magic Hour is supreme.
"I'm very critical of our own stuff, but song for song, this is our best album. On our prior records there are two songs on each of them that I think are pretty bad. I truly love all of the songs on this record. I'm super-proud of it", claimed singer.
Magic Hour features appearances by Pharrell Williams, Diplo, Azealia Banks, Calvin Harris and others.
