Jack White wants to send his music into space
May 05, 2012"I am planning to launch a balloon that carries a vinyl record player. And figure out a way to drop the needle with all that turbulence up there and ensure that it will still play", claimed he.
Earlier Jack White – who has recently released debut solo album Blunderbuss – revealed that he still got 12 tracks so he may record another effort. According to his words, most of these songs were written for The White Stripes and The Raconteurs in different time, but he believes they are also suitable for his own disk.
"We had enough for an album at one point, but I just kept going… I've got another 12 songs that I haven't finished yet. There's songs that The White Stripes never really played live, or The Raconteurs never really got that into, or songs that I brought to the table in a band - songs like Buffalo - and now I can elaborate on them", said he.
