Jack White does not know anything about Meg White

Jack White revealed that he had no interest in what his former The White Stripes frontman Meg White was doing. According to his words, they did not have any contact since they stopped to work together.

"I don't know. I've never known", claimed he.

Jack White also spoke about the work on The White Stripes last release – box set Under Great White Northern Lights, which hit the stores in 2010 featuring live album and tour film.

"We had thousands of hours of footage that we went through. Any time I wasn't working with The Raconteurs or The Dead Weather that's what I worked on. So that swallowed up a lot of time. So it kind of seemed like we hadn’t done anything in a couple of years", said he.

In February Jack and Meg White revealed that they have made a decision not to work together any more. An announcement about the The White Stripes' split-up was posted on the band's official website, claiming that there would be "no further new recordings or performing live".

The White Stripes formed in 1997 and released six studio albums – The White Stripes (1999), De Stijl (2000), White Blood Cells (2001), Elephant (2003), Get Behind Me Satan (2005) and Icky Thump (2007).
