Jack White and Jimmy Page will appear in a documentary

Jack White and Jimmy Page will appear in a documentaryLed Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page, U2 guitarist The Edge, Jack White and a number of other musicians will be involved in an upcoming documentary movie It Might Get Loud. Directed by Academy Award-winning director Davis Guggenheim, the creator of An Inconvenient Truth, it will tell the story about master guitarists' evolution and show how each person can become skilled musician at a very young age.

The White Stripes and The Raconteurs frontman Jack White, who will be shown teaching a 9-year-old version of himself to play guitar, said: «These days people are getting famous for being famous. You have to battle against the media to create something soulful. This film lets people dig deeper into the music».

He also spoke about teaching children to play music instruments: «Start with whatever you can afford and struggle to find your own relationship with the instrument. Take children to see live music. Put them in a position where they physically can't get away».

It Might Get Loud will be premiered in August.
