Iron Maiden named the title of the new album

Iron Maiden revealed some details about their upcoming album. According to the band, the new record is set to be titled The Final Frontier. It will to hit the stores in the beginning of the summer, and than the band will go on a North American tour in support of the record.

Famous heavy metal band will also perform at the Sonisphere Festival this summer, which it will be headlining together with Rammstein.

Earlier Iron Maiden claimed that they have recorded new album earlier than planned. Originally they were going to finish it only in autumn, but managed to make their work done much faster.

The Final Frontier will become Iron Maiden’s fifteenth studio album. Their previous record A Matter Of Life And Death was released in 2006.
