Hot Chip's side project to release solo album

British electronic band The 2 Bears – formed by Hot Chip's leader Joe Goddard and rapper Raf Daddy – announced the release of its debut album. Titled Be Strong, it is set to hit the stores in January.

According to Joe Goddard, the sound of the album incorporates different genres, from hip-hop and soul to dance music.

All in all Be Strong will feature 12 songs, including single Bear Hug that was released this year.
