Hacker jailed for stealing Lady GaGa's songs

German hacker, who has stolen several songs from Lady GaGa's new album Born This Way before its official release, was sentenced to 18 months in juvenile detention. Leona Lewis, Ke$ha, Mariah Carey and Justin Timberlake are also among the artists whose tracks leaked online due to his actions.

Hacker – who turned out to be 18-years old teenager – also hacked Ke$ha's computer to download explicit images from it. He called himself DJ Stolen and earned about $16 million by selling the stolen content.

His real name was not revealed due to legal reasons.

Teenager already officially apologized to Lady GaGa and other celebrities whose tracks he was selling through the Web.
