Girls Aloud – who earlier announced reunion plans for 2012 – are set to mark their comeback with new album. According to Daily Mirror newspaper, the work will start next January, so the record will come out before the beginning of Girls Aloud tour.

An unnamed source told Daily Mirror: "They're excited they're going to be making a fresh start together on this next adventure of their lives. In six months time it'll be back to work as normal – they are itching to get back in the studio".

The source also claimed that the conflict between Nadine Coyle and Cheryl Cole – that has been one of the reasons of the band's split-up – has been laiddown: "All is forgiven between Nadine and the rest of the band. It's all water under the bridge".

Girls Aloud would to reunite in 2012 to mark a decade since the band creation. According to their manager Hilary Shaw, they will go on tour across Great Britain. "Everybody wants them to make a comeback and it will be next year. Well, it is their tenth anniversary so there will be something", said Shaw.

Girls Aloud were put together in 2002 as a members of the TV talent show Popstars: The Rivals. The band has released five albums – Sound Of The Underground (2003), What Will The Neighbours Say? (2004), Chemistry (2005), Tangled Up (2007) and Out Of Control (2008). All of them achieved commercial success.
