Gerard Way does not want to leave My Chemical Romance

Feb 02, 2012
My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way claimed that he would like to spend his entire music career as a part of the band. Singer – who was among its founders in 2001 – said that during these years he never thought about leaving My Chemical Romance or starting side project.

"Going on ten years now we love being in the band. It's something you can never leave or escape or get away from, and that's a great thing", said he.

Gerard Way also promised that next My Chemical Romance's album – on which they are currently working – will be better than their previous effort Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys.

"The cool thing is we've spent a lot of time writing new material on the road this time. We didn't do that before last album", explained singer.
