George Harrison will recieve star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Late The Beatles’ guitarist George Harrison will be honoured with his own star on Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony will take place on April 14, at 1750 Vine Street, in front of the Capitol Records building.

Martin Scorsese is currently filming a documentary about George Harrison’s life, while Capitol Records announced a new Harrison music release this month.

Harrison’s former bandmates, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, performed together on April 4 at a charity concert in New York. They played in support of David Lynch Foundation, fund established David Lynch to help finance scholarships for students in middle and high schools who are interested in learning the Transcendental Meditation technique.
