Franz Ferdinand will present new song through videogame

Franz Ferdinand announced that fans would be able to hear the band’s new song Lucid Dreams in EA Sports videogame Madden 09. This track also will be included in Franz Ferdinand’s future album that will be released in February.

Gym Class Heroes' song I'm Home from the band’s upcoming album The Quilt will be another pre-release exclusive for Madden 09.

The game is American football simulator and is set to appear in stores on August 12. Its soundtrack will include Busta Rhymes and Linkin Park collaboration We Made It, the Truth's Workin featuring Good Charlotte and tracks from All-American Rejects, Disturbed, From First To Last, Senses Fail, The Offspring, Shinedown and Trivium.
