Four rappers face charges at the same time

On Wednesday, November, 7, four famous rappers were summoned to the Manhattan Criminal Court – and, what is more interesting, all faced different charges, ranging from driving drunk to weapons possession.

Busta Rhymes faced four consecutive trials. He is accused of kicking a fan, punching a former employee, driving drunk and driving with a suspended license.

Rapper Ja Rule was arrested after police has found a loaded .40-caliber handgun in his car. Lil Wayne was caught at the time as Ja Rule and also for illegal gun possession. At last, popular female rapper Remy Ma is charged with burglary and witness tampering.

No decisions were taken – stars were simply given a new court date. «It's a coincidence», said Remy Ma, speaking about rappers appearing at the court at the same time.
