Foo Fighters announced a contest among musicians

Foo Fighters announced a competition among musicians as a part of the annual My Grammy Moment competition. The winner will perform with the Foo Fighters at this year's Grammy Awards ceremony.

String and wind instrument players can post a 60-second performance video on YouTube to the tune of Foo Fighters' Grammy-nominated song The Pretender until January 20. 45 quarter-finalists will be determined by a Grammy judging panel, with the public selecting the semi-finalists.

The winner will then perform with the band in Los Angeles at the Grammy Awards on February 10. The winner of last year's competition performed on stage with Justin Timberlake.
