Florence And The Machine singer Florence Welch revealed that last time exorcism and demons has become her favorite themes. She added that it would definitely affect the band's second studio effort.

Florence Welch claimed that she would like to wear a robe while recording the album: "Everyone – the whole band – gets dressed for work, puts on their big robe, and comes down to the studio. I love seances, witchcraft, heaven and hell, voodoo, gospel, possession, demons, exorcism and all that stuff. I'm not a religious person".

Singer added that the album would feature collaboration with producer Isabelle Summers, who worked on Florence And The Machine debut record Lungs.

Earlier Florence Welch revealed that the album would be devoted to "imaginary things", such as ghosts or rumors.

"A lot of the songs on the new album are about imaginary things. Things that you can't touch: ghosts and rumours, my dead grandmother, things visiting you in a dream", said she.

Florence Welch added that the album would represent the dark atmosphere, although it would have no connection with her own state.
