Eminem's song drew Rihanna's attention dew to domestic violence message

Rihanna revealed that she agreed to collaborate with Eminem on Love The Way You Lie song due to its lyrics. The composition features lines touching domestic violence problem. Rihanna, who was assaulted by her boyfriend Chris Brown in 2009, claimed that this message was close to her.

"It's something that, you know, we've both experienced, you know, on different sides, different ends of the table", said she.

Music video for Love The Way You Lie is set to be premiered this week. It features Hollywood actress Megan Fox. She is accompanied by Dominic Monaghan, known for his role in The Lord Of The Rings trilogy. According to the recent reports, there will be "a sex scene" involving them.

Video was directed by Joseph Kahn, who collaborated with diverse artists such as Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, U2, The Chemical Brothers and others. Kahn also worked on music videos for Eminem’s songs We Made You and Without Me.

Love The Way You Lie is a single from Eminem's recent album Recovery. Rihanna's last to date studio album Rated R was released in 2009.
