Eminem recorded a duo with Lil' Wayne

Lil' Wayne announced that his upcoming album Rebirth would feature the duo with Eminem. Two rappers have performed the track Drop The World that will become one of the singles from the new record.

Rebirth was also announced to feature collaborations with Blink-182, Lenny Kravitiz and Fall Out Boy. It will become Lil’ Wayne’s first ever rock-album. According to Wayne’s friend, hip hop star Drake, Wayne was inspired to change direction by Kanye West who prefered singing to rapping on his latest album 808s And Heartbreak.

It was also said that Lil Wayne performed guitar parts on most of the tracks.

Rebirth is set to hit the stores in the middle of December, simultaneously with another long-awaited album by Lil' Wayne – Tha Carter IV.
