Eminem feels himself "born again"

Eminem has spoken about his fight with drug addiction and how he felt afterwards. US rapper spent several years out of music industry after suffering an overdose in December 2007. But, according to his words, he has overcome his drug problem and now feels very glad for recording new albums.

"When I got clean and sober, it was like I was a kid again. Everything was new. Not to sound corny, I felt like I was born again. I had to learn my writing skills. I was relearning how to rap. I didn't know if my MC skills were intact. But everything was fun and suddenly I started feeling happy. I hadn't felt happy for a long time", said he.

Eminem was honored two times at recent MTV Video Music Awards ceremony for Not Afraid – in Best Male Video and Best Hip-Hop Video categories. He also performed this song at the event, being joined by Rihanna after it – together they played their single Love The Way You Lie.
