Duffy’s album is the best-selling record of 2008 in Britain

According to the Official UK Charts Company, Duffy’s debut album Rockferry is the best-selling album of 2008 in Britain so far. The best-selling single of the year also is Duffy’s record Mercy.

Nickelback's Rockstar is the second biggest-selling single of 2008, it is followed by Now You're Gone by Basshunter and American Boy by Estelle.

Among albums, the second place is taken by the Coldplay's Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends. The third best-selling album in the UK is All The Right Reasons by Nickelback.
