Daft Punk has collaborated with The Muppets songwriter

British composer Paul Williams revealed that he has written "a couple of tunes" for upcoming album by French electronic duo Daft Punk. Williams is mostly known as a man who has penned songs for The Muppets TV series, including Rainbow Connection hit.

"I've been working with Daft Punk. I've written a couple of tunes on their next album. I feel like I don't want to talk about the stuff that I'm doing with them, because they want a press blackout on the album until it's out", said he.

Upcoming album will become Daft Punk's fourth studio effort and the first one since Human After All released in 2005.
