It's weird we never did anything with it. So I occasionally remember my management and Cher's management were trying to get us together, and I thought: "Oh my God, I'd love to meet Cher". And so I met herбplayed her several songs, and she preferred this one", claimed he.

He also said that Lady GaGa was eager to turn The Greatest Thing to a dance song, but he insisted to make it steadier.

Earlier Lady GaGa claimed that she has already started the work on her next studio effort. Singer claimed that she does not understand musicians who make long breaks between their records, and said that she would like to release albums as quickly as possible.

"I've been working on that. I've been planning the next tour, which keeps me very excited and busy because I have lots of new ideas, and I know exactly how I want it to look", said she.
