Coldplay unveiled some new details about their next studio effort. The band's official blog – which is ran by one of the roadie musicians – confirmed that the record will be titled Mylo Xyloto, and its release is set for October. Producer of the record is Brian Eno, who is famous for his work with David Bowie, U2, Talking Heads and others.

The blog also revealed some information about two new songs by Coldplay. Speaking about the first one, named Up In Flames, musician who runs it wrote: "It was hypnotic in its simplicity, but devastatingly, achingly gorgeous. The final version has lost none of this and is a masterwork of restraint".

He also stated that the second composition – DLIBYH – is "absolutely different".

Coldplay already released first single from the album, titled Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall. Earlier they revealed that it has been inspired by Australian singer and songwriter Peter Allen. According to Chris Martin, he has written the composition after watching a scene from Beautiful movie, where Allen's song I Go To Rio plays at the background.

Coldplay's previous album Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends hit the stores in 2008.
