Coldplay do not worry about their success at Grammy Awards

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin claimed that he and his bandmates do not mind how many honors they will get at the upcoming Grammy Awards ceremony. Martin pointed that he likes to receive prizes, but does not consider them to be a measure of someone's music quality.

"It is always nice to receive awards, and Grammy Award is a big honor for every musician. But we do not make songs to get prizes. So we will continue to do our best in studio no matter if we are awarded or not ", said he.

Coldplay's fifth studio effort Mylo Xyloto has become the biggest selling rock album of 2011 in UK. According to the report by The Official Charts Company – international agency that supervises music industry – it has clocked over 900,000 copies although it was released only in October.

The biggest selling rock single of the year also belongs to Coldplay – their track Paradise was bought 410,000 times.
