Coldplay announced North American tourColdplay have announced a US and Canada tour to support the release of their upcoming album Viva La Vida. The tour will start with a show at New York's Madison Square Garden on June 23. It consists of two parts – Coldplay will tour in July and August returning in October and November for more gigs.

The band has unveiled a string of surprises around the release of their Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends album, including free show in London and a free vinyl version of single Violet Hill attached to the May issue of New Musical Express magazine.

U2 will reissue Artificial Horizon album
U2 revealed plans to reissue their remix compilation album Artificial Horizon. New triple-disc vinyl edition is set to hit the stores on May 14. The record features reworked versions of such hits as Beautiful Day, Vertigo and others.
