Coldplay and Lady GaGa to perform a charity gig
Sep 09, 2011Lady GaGa and Coldplay were named among artists set to perform at the upcoming Children In Need charity concert. Organized by Take That Gary Barlow, it will be held in Manchester on November 17. All money earned by the show will be donated to Children In Need campaign which aims to raise money for different charities.
The concert will also feature Elbow, N-Dubz, Snow Patrol, JLS and several other performers.
Gary Barlow himself said: "I'm so thrilled that these incredible artists are giving their time for such a special charity that is very close to my heart".
"I can't wait to see it all come together on November 17th, there are still some great acts we're keeping up our sleeve to announce in the coming weeks", added Take That member.
Gary Barlow claimed that he also plans to release a cover on Massive Attack songs Teardrop, with all proceeds going to Children In Need.
