Bon Jovi held the biggest-earning tour of 2010
Dec 12, 2010The list of the acts that held the biggest-earning tours of 2010 was revealed. Bon Jovi topped the chart – John Bon Jovi's band played 80 shows and got $201.1 million. AC/DC scored the second position with $177 million. U2 – who were on the first place last year – became third this time with $160.9 million.
Lady GaGa has finished on the fourth position with $133.6 million. At the same time, artist played the biggest amount of shows with 138 gigs. Metallica finished the Top-5 with $110.1 million.
Earlier John Bon Jovi and his band have topped the list of the artist who earned the biggest amount of money through their US tours in 2010. Bon Jovi played 69 concerts and grossed about $146.5 million.
U2 became second with 22 gigs and $131.5 million, followed by AC/DC who earned $122.6 million through 28 concerts.
