Black Sabbath revealed that they are going to make "special announcement" next week. Press conference is set to take place next Friday, November 11, in Los Angeles. It will feature all original members of the band – Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward.

Nobody of them has given additional comments about this announcement.

Black Sabbath formed in Birmingham in 1968. The band released eight albums with original line-up – Black Sabbath, Paranoid, Master Of Reality, Black Sabbath Vol. 4, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Sabotage, Technical Ecstasy and Never Say Die! – before Ozzy Osbourne left in 1973.

Earlier Ozzy Osbourne claimed there is a "very, very strong possibility" that the band's original line-up will reunite in the nearest future. According to his words, it was already discussed between him and other Black Sabbath members.

"It's in the very early stages, so we haven't recorded anything yet. If it works out, it'll work out. If it doesn't, I'll keep doing my thing", said he.

Ozzy Osbourne added that he would like to mark Black Sabbath reunion with both new album and world tour.
