Black Eyed Peas’ singer will record a duo with Slash
Nov 11, 2009Ex-Guns N' Roses' guitarist Slash announced that he has decided to record a cover on Paradise City together with Fergie. Black Eyed Peas’ singer will contribute vocals for the new version of the song which is one of the greatest hits by Slash’s former band.
«Until now, not too many people have heard Fergie sing rock & roll but she sings it better than most dudes I know», claimed Velvet Revolver guitarist. The record will also feature American hip hop group Cypress Hill.
Slash did not mention if this song would be included in his upcoming solo album Slash & Friends. The record is set to be released in the beginning of 2010. It will feature collaborations with different artists, including Iggy Pop, Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine, The Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ bassist Flea, Led Zeppelin's drummer Jason Bonham and others.
