Biffy Clyro want to finish next studio effort this year
Jan 01, 2012Biffy Clyro frontman Simon Neil claimed that the band has concentrated all efforts on its new album in order to finish it and release this year. He also said that this effort is very different from their previous records, because they tried to experiment a lot.
"There are a couple of songs that are written entirely on keyboards, string sounds, and I guess Phil Collins-type electro beats behind it. We're just investigating and experimenting with what we feel comfortable doing", revealed Simon Neil.
According to his words, their sixth studio effort will be double album. "It's an album about a fork in the road and how your decisions can take you on one path or the other. One path is the right decisions and one path is the wrong decisions - and each album's going to represent each path", claimed he.
Biffy Clyro released their last album Only Revolutions in 2009.
