Arctic Monkeys announced new album

Arctic Monkeys revealed that they have already decided to release new album in 2010. However, they are not in a hurry to start the recording – according to drummer Matt Helders, they are going to finish current UK tour, then have a short break and only after it the band will enter the studio.

«We're already talking about when we can record again, but I still enjoy being on tour as well. It's good to have time to work stuff out, then at least you can start doing the quality control before and actually record what you think is decent», said he.

Arctic Monkeys' frontman Alex Turner has already unveiled two new songs during his solo concert in London.

The band’s previous album Humbug hit the stores this summer.
