Arcade Fire contributed for charity compilation

Arcade Fire, Cat Power and TV On The Radio contributed their songs for charity compilation Dark Was The Night. This disk will be released on February 16, with all proceeds going to Red Hot organization, which raises money to combat AIDS.

Arcade Fire contributed rare song When Lenin Was Little, and TV On The Radio recorded a cover on A Girl Like You.

Dark Was The Night will be a double disk album, with one part featuring folk songs, and another – rock songs.
