Arcade Fire are pleased with their new album
Aug 08, 2010Arcade Fire frontman Win Butler revealed that he felt satisfied with the band's new album The Suburbs. "It was a long way to go, and a hard work to be done, but in the end result looks like it is worth it", claimed he.
The Suburbs features 16 songs, including earlier premiered tracks Month Of May and We Used To Wait.
According to Arcade Fire, the work on The Suburbs continued during past two years in Montreal and New York. The record was produced by Markus Dravs, who worked on the band's previous album Neon Bible.
Arcade Fire said that the album itself was «more upbeat» than their previous works, although it was based on the band's «usual heavy-orchestral string arrangements».
