Amy Winehouse finally started the recording of the new album
Oct 10, 2009Island Records, the record label behind Amy Winehouse, announced that singer’s highly anticipated third album was set to be released in next year. According to Island Records’ co-president Darcus Beese, Amy has recently begun the work in studio and was eager to finish it as soon as possible.
«I've heard a couple of song demos that absolutely floored me. Hopefully we'll have her album next year», said he.
Amy Winehouse released highly successful album Back To Black in 2006. Since then, she several times tried to start the work on the next record. However, all of these attempts have ended without success, while Amy herself became known for drug addiction and health problems.
Singer’s debut album Frank hit the stores in 2003.
