American rockers are working on a tribute album for The Cure

A number of American indie-rock bands are working on two The Cure tribute albums. Just Like Heaven will be realesed by American Laundromat Records in March 2009 and feature such bands as The Raveonettes, The Rosebuds and The Brunettes.

Perfect As Cats will be released by a А Manimal Vinyl, and all profit will be donated to charity fund Invisible Children. This tribute will feature such bands as Blonde Redhead, Jesu, CocoRosie, Bat For Lashes, ETC.
