Adele canceled all concerts for this year

Adele has officially canceled all dates until the end of 2011. Most of them were gigs from September and October already postponed once. Statement on singer's site says she needs to undergo a surgery to save her voice.

The message reads: "It is with deep regret that Adele has been forced to cancel her remaining live dates and promotional appearances in 2011. She is to undergo surgery to alleviate the current issues with her throat and a full recovery is expected. As a result, doctors have ordered her to rest her voice and completely recuperate before looking to schedule any work commitments".

Recently Adele revealed the list of artists whom she would like to work with. Singer said that she would eagerly record a duo with Etta James if only she did not finish her career. Talking about active artists, she named British rock band Mumford And Sons.

"In terms of singing on a track alongside someone, I'd love to collaborate with Mumford And Sons because Marcus Mumford's voice goes straight through me. It reminds me of the first time that I heard Etta James and how that made me feel", said Adele.
