A new play featuring a ghost of Kurt Cobain as a main character is set to be premiered in London next Tuesday, on June 16. Titled Nevermind, it tells the story about depressive music journalist who is visited by the ghost of the Nirvana frontman.

Kurt Cobain has released three albums with Nirvana – Bleach (1989), Nevermind (1991), In Utero (1993) – and was found dead on April 8, 1994 at his home in Seattle, the victim of what was officially ruled a self-inflicted shotgun wound to the head.

However, in the play Cobain dissuades journalist from committing suicide.
