50 Cent revealed why he decided to act in the new movie Dead Man Running that is set to be premiered on October 30. According to rapper’s words, he was not eager to play in the film, but he has agreed because he wanted to act together with English actor Danny Dyer.

«What made me secure about going into the project was I'd watched those other actors like Danny Dyer. I watched UK films while I was travelling. I knew I would be in a secure space surrounded by this sort of cast», said he.

Dyer played the main role, while 50 Cent portrayed a gangster who is threatening Dyer’s character and tells him to bring some cash in 24 hours.

50 Cent is also set to play in the upcoming action movie The Expendables by Sylvester Stallone. Rapper will play one of the mercenaries who are trying to overthrow a South American dictator.

He is also set to release new album Before I Self Destruct this November.

Dyer in his turn portrayed Sid Vicious in recently premiered play Kurt And Sid, which shows a meeting of Sex Pistols’ guitarist and Nirvana’s frontman Kurt Cobain.
