Yesterday's Coldplay's gig in Madrid – which featured the band performing its new album Mylo Xyloto for the first time – was seen by more than 44 million fans. The 17,000 of them have visited the show in Spanish capital, while the rest were watching live online broadcast on YouTube.

Talking about what it takes to perform such huge concerts, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin said: "We're getting on a bit now so we've got to stay in shape. A friend of ours introduced us to a delicious chocolate cake, which has no calories. It's a revelation. It has a lot of coconut, that's the secret".

Recently Chris Martin claimed that he and his bandmates feel very tired and exhausted after recording their new album Mylo Xyloto. According to Martin, they are not sure if they can make another effort in future.

"This could be our last album. It's the distillation of three years' work and right now I can't imagine where another one would come from. Now we have Justin Bieber and Adele to compete with and they're a lot younger. We have to have the energy to put as much effort into our work as they do", claimed he.
